Blanca Carbajal

Blanca joined RPC as its Corporate Controller to lead financial reporting, property accounting operations, lender/investor reporting, and internal accounting controls. Previously, Blanca served in this capacity for an Atlanta-based real estate property/asset management and leasing company where she handled day-to-day accounting and investor/lender reporting for a large portfolio of properties owned by multiple owners/investors, including institutional private equity funds. Blanca comes from a Big 4 Accounting background, having worked for Ernst & Young to lead audits for publicly traded REITs, developers, homebuilders, asset managers, and private equity real estate funds). Blanca holds a Master of Professional Accountancy degree and a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia.
