Owen Brown

Founder, owner and President of Retail Planning Corporation, Owen has developed more than fifty new retail shopping centers and completed more than fifteen redevelopments over the past forty years, either as a principal or for the company’s clients. He is a hands-on leader of RPC’s operations, including its real estate development and redevelopment work (site identifications, project development and redevelopment/repositioning), and its commercial-retail leasing and asset/property management work, including special projects for retailers and landlords alike. As an owner-operator of multiple grocery-anchored shopping centers, Owen is uniquely qualified to address the needs of shopping center owners and asset managers, and he is considered a “go-to” expert in commercial retail real estate.
